You’ll no long be easily able to attempt & get by on four or five hours sleep at night because your body needs adequate rest to repair & build up itself & this is a very important fact, if you do not give your body enough rest to repair itself it will not actually be easily able to build muscle so you’ll be wasting all of your time at the gym.
But after all the work you’ll have that chiseled out physique that will make anyone jealous, all you have to do is stay focused & dedicated towards your bodybuilding & always remember to push yourself, but do not push to hard. In the end all that hard work & effort should be very well worth it, for all you have to do is take a look at the man in the mirror & wonder if that could possibly be you looking like a million dollars $ with that six pack physique.
