Effects of Lack of Sleep
Insomnia & restless sleeping (sleep apnea) is a curse to all people who suffer from this. Approximately 60 million Americans suffer with some degree of insomnia.When you can not sleep you’re always feeling tired, drained of energy, & irritable. There’re 3 methods to attempt & cure this problem.
Insomnia Treatment
The first one as always is drugs. There is more. The most common group of drugs the doctors will attempt is the benzodiazepine group which includes temazapam, lorazepam, nitrazepam ,flurazepam & diazepam. The side effects from these are they’re addictive & can carry over into the day. They are an hypnotic sedative. A lot of people taking these drugs feel drowsy, have memory loss, schizophrenia, headaches, dizziness, nausea, diarrhoea & constipation to name but a few.

The second way is the natural medicines. There is more. There’re lots of brand names but the main ingredients are Melatonin, passion flower, the herb valerian, chamomile & Kava. Some times insomnia is caused by a lack of magnesium. For this you want a diet that includes dark leaf green vegetables,cashew nuts, & the fruit of the legume plant. The ground root of the kava plant is good for anxiety related sleep disorders.

The third way is totally drug free & can be more effective than drugs. You can relax with yoga techniques, Have a massage, meditation or you can train your brain with relaxation techniques Sleep researchers have showed that the capacity to fall asleep & stay in a deep sleep is a skill. It is something you can become good at ? even if you have gotten, after a long time of poor sleep & bad
conditioning, very bad
