The skin is versatile & tough enough to protect you from the tough environment, helps control a complex immune regulation of the skin & body, yet still gives one of our most delicate functions?the sensation of touch.

The skin is also a selective barrier: stopping toxic substances from entering, while permitting the absorption of certain lubricating oils & medications that can assist stop certain diseases (motion sickness & heart attacks ), help people avoid pregnancy & smoking, & help provide hormone replacement. The skin is clearly a versatile, dynamic & & important organ.

1) Give up smoking as chemicals in smoke will reverse the ageing process making you older.
2) You can convince the skin that anti-aging treatments will regenerate the skin making you look younger
3) Vital to keep young skin is constant moisturising & hydration regime
4) Avoid the sun & keep to a minimum as this will make the skin look like leather
5) When in the sun always put on a sun blocker
