The human machine is the most complex one among all the machines. There is more. It needs no special instruments of exercise; you may fulfill your requirements with a long walk early in the morning or working in the kitchen or garden for a short time. Keeping yourself busy with day-to-day activities, which demand you to move are the best exercise for you.
