Identifying Diabetes - Step Towards a Healthy Life
Diabetes is very common among masses through out the world, & hence can be identified easily depending on it is nature. It can sometimes be identified within a week or a month’s time period & that is Type 1 diabetes. If not taken care properly it may turn into worse conditions & it is also possible that Type 2 may not actually be identified up to one whole year.
Commonly the excessive thirst, general weakness, frequent urination, getting drowsy, restless sleep & continuous headache with pain in muscles are the initials appearing. All the symptoms are interrelated to each other & make a ring in fact. The excessive thirst is because of the reason that the glucose in the blood captures all the moisture in the cells, & body often gets dehydrated & thus requires water. When the excessive thirst is fulfilled with the excessive water supply frequent urination occurs ultimately.
Frequent urination & disturbance makes one tired, which results as fatigue. It can often be observed in diabetic people & the cause of this fatigue is of course the low level of energy & fitness. This further leads a person to be dull & run away from work. And repetition of such process brings emotionally disturbance & depression. All the above-mentioned happenings combine to make ones sleep restless due to which the extreme headache becomes a routine problem. Headache may be not that severe but in combination with pain in muscles, its effects get severe.
Above all, extreme hunger, sudden weight loss, the slowed down process of healing the wounds & cuts & rapid deep breathing known as “kussmaul breathing” are also the most noticeable symptoms of Diabetes. An unusual vomiting & heavy blurring on vision may also be doubted as Diabetes.
The symptoms of Diabetes being very common can easily be observed & require you to consult the doctor immediately. Heavens probable that it is not Diabetes may be some climate change or some seasonal irregularity, but having precautionary measure is much better than that of cure.
Consulting the doctor & having tests is the only way to confirm whether it is Diabetes or not. Getting late is as dangerous as death it self.
