<p>I&#8217;m going to share with you one of my first bodybuilding routines that I used with great success. This example is simply a week, but for any long-term success this needs to be applied for months on a regular basis.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve attempted to do some research to find the answer to this question. Now obviously the answer in many people&#8217;s eyes would vary largely depending on the person you ask. I strongly doubt that there can be one strong and fast definition of the perfect male body.</p>
<p>The expectation most of us have when we see Female Bodybuilding DVDs in advertisements is seriously inconsistent with reality. Most people immediately think of women with masculine features, trying to accomplish the look of a well-developed male physique. But that stereotype is dead wrong.</p>
<p>Women can be bodybuilders just as men can but the important thing to note is that since a woman&#8217;s body is different, she will have many different needs when it comes to bodybuilding. She may do different exercises and routines and will have to adjust her diet differently from that of a male bodybuilder or a female who does not engage in bodybuilding activities.</p>
<p>For all the progress that has been made in the world to eliminate discrimination, there still seems to be a perception amongst the general population that male models and bodybuilders must be gay. The thought process is &#8211; &#8216;that man must be gay &#8211; look at the tight fitting clothing and obsession with looking in the mirror&#8217;.</p>
<p>Bodybuilding is not confined to male and female adults alone. Teenagers can also work out. Many teens nowadays want to have healthier, more beautiful bodies. To achieve this, they stick to a regular regimen of bodybuilding exercises.</p>
<p>Every culture has its myths and bodybuilding is no exception. Like most myths, most are nine parts fantasy and one part truth, though of course, some myths have no truth to them at all. I have spent much of my career attempting to expose myths surrounding bodybuilding and topics that relate to it, such as drugs, nutrition and supplementation etc.</p>

I am not a racist. I dont think any race is superior or inferior. I was just looking at bodybuilding and a lot of bodybuilding has to do with genetics. Which race has the weakest genes for bodybuilding. I know theres bodybuilders in every race but which race finds it hard to gain serious mass and size or muscle?
Are south asians at a greater disadvatnge then oriental asians?

For example black people have great genes for building muscle mass. Its not racist, the evidence speak for themselves.
Asian, mainly south asian(indian, pakistan, Bangladesh) have a disadvantage when it comes to building muscle mass.
So, to answer your question, south asian are at a disadvantage when it comes to body building.</p>

<p>The World Bodybuilding Federation &#8211; A Marketing Disaster</p>
<p>In the 1990s, Vince McMahon (a wrestling promoter) tried to combine World Wrestling Federation style exhibition with bodybuilding and formed the World Bodybuilding Federation.</p>
<p>He signed competitors with long term contracts and because those contracts were so lucrative many bodybuilders left the International Federation of Bodybuilders and were then banned by the IFBB.</p>
<p>Vince McMahon started drug testing his athletes in 1992 because he was suspected of steroid trafficking. The WBF was dissolved later that same year. </p>
<p>Since the millennium there has been a push for Bodybuilding to be deemed an Olympic sport, which looks unlikely, not just because of Bodybuilding&#8217;s cloudy history with steroid use but also because it&#8217;s still being debated as to whether or not Bodybuilding is actually a sport (the craft involves no real athletic effort).
