I’m planning on starting the Dukan Diet tomorrow and continuing for at least a month and doing the 30 day shred (by Jillian Michaels) from early June to late August, I want to lose a little over thirty pounds. Do you think it’ll work? I weigh around 155-160 and I’m 5’3″. I’m athletic but I gained a little bit of weight here in my first year of college. I’m hoping it’ll work! How much weight do you gather I can lose in that time frame? Have you tried either the Dukan Diet or the 30 Day Shred? Thanks!!

i just started the dukan diet 3 days ago and have already lost 3 pounds!….

i started at 147 and i’m now 144! according to the website i’m suppose to stay on the all protein for 5-10 days, then you switch to one day all protein to the next day protein and veggies.

I don’t want peoples advice on this diet, i’ve done alot of research on it and it is helping me. I don’t plan on being on it for a long period of time, just till i get down to 125, then i plan on just eating really healthy and portion control.

Has anyone every done the dukan diet and how much did you lose and how fast? i’m 5’2 and 144 and i’m hoping to get down to 125 by end of July, is that sound like it could happen?:) thanks!
