sugar free syrup

So, i was wondering about AGE , at which age can you do the diet? Can a 13 year girl old do the dukan diet? Can a 50 year old woman do it?
About the phases , attack phase, cruise , consolidation, & stablization what order should i do them?
Do i have to buy the book or is it ok if i google it?
And does it leave you without any body fat AT ALL??

Answer by Rose budsi don’t think it’s safe for any person of 13 years of age to go on a diet like that! why don’t you just do this it’s easier:

1)instead of eating white bread swap it for wheat
2)instead of eating coca puffs or whatever eat wheaties or other better cereals
3)swap juice for water
4)eat 2 white eggs everyday or at least oatmeal
5)instead of chocolate eat fruit
6)instead of having fried chips get baked chips
7)EXERCISE! there are tons of vids on youtube with fun exercises that’l help you lose weight and tighten and tone up!
