Free Tips To Help People To Quit Smoking

April 13th, 2008 roy Posted in Quit Smoking No Comments »

Smoking in no longer seen as cool, it’s becoming ever more expensive & there is an ever increasing amount of evidence that suggests that nicotine is one the biggest health risks for today’s society. There has never been a better time to quit smoking & in this article I’ll be giving free tips which I hope will often help you to have a cigarette free life.

I have successfully managed to kick the habit of smoking & it has now been sixteen months since I last smoked a cigarette. It was very hard to quit & I only succeeded after a number of failed attempts.

Around two years ago, I was quite fortunate to meet a number of people who had quit smoking at a stop smoking group that I attended. I was given some superb advice from these people & I would strongly recommend other people to attend such a group.

Part of the advice was to write a couple of lists, one was a list of what you would buy with the additional money that you would have by stopping smoking. Do you follow? The second was the reasons for quitting in the first place.

I completed these two lists & showed them to an ex-smoker called Pete. He soon added more to the lists & the whole task made me very determined to quit.

I actually spent two hundred pounds a month on cigarettes, over a whole year this equates to ?2400. That would pay for two family holidays, I suddenly felt quite guilty, this apparently was a good sign.

I am so thankful to have had the courage to attend this group & for all of their support, my only regret is that I myself did not attend far earlier.

Nicocure - What It Did For Me

April 7th, 2008 roy Posted in Quit Smoking No Comments »

I was one of the usual smokers you meet most days. You know the ones, always saying they’re going to give up but tried & failed on many occasions. It was always the cravings & sleepless nights which got me smoking again. Oh.. & the weight gain. Cigarettes were my vice.

I tried almost every stop smoking product I could find & they all failed miserably. Then I was told about a product called Nicocure. To be honest, I was not believing all the hype that was associated with it I had failed so many times in the past that I assumed that I would be wasting my hard earned money… But once I realized there was a 30 day ‘no questions asked’ guarantee with the product, I thought ‘What the heck?.I’ve got nothing to lose.’

But I had to do something as my life was getting difficult… Simple things like walking up a few stairs & running for a bus were starting to become impossible as I simply ran out of oxygen all too easily. I used to also enjoy riding my bike but that also was no longer a joy as it once was.

Anyway, I tried Nicocure & things started to change. I had been a smoker for many years but I began to notice a big decrease in my nicotine cravings in under a week. In under three weeks, I was no longer craving nicotine & started to live successfully without having to rely on cigarettes. I feel much better & there has been no side effects, cravings or weight gain.

I can now ride my bike again with pleasure. Running for the bus & going up flights of stairs no longer presents me with the problems it once did. And I no longer smell like an old ashtray!

So because of Nicocure, I no longer even think of cigarettes & I’m not tempted to go back to smoking one bit. My life is now full & busy & I no longer am a slave to cigarettes.

Trying to give up smoking? There’re so many ’stop smoking’ products & aids available so how do you decide what’s for you? For lots more reviews on Nicocure, visit Nicocure Patch

3 Effective Ways To Quit Smoking

April 4th, 2008 roy Posted in Quit Smoking No Comments »

If you are interested in learning how to quit smoking for good, then this article will show you many of the most popular & successful methods that have helped other people to give up smoking.

One of the most common ways to stop smoking is to gradually reduce your nicotine intake. This is most easily done by chewing nicotine gum. This gum releases nicotine into your system gradually while you are chewing. Do you follow? This helps to reduce cravings for a cigarette, & over time you’ll have less & less cravings until you eventually do not need the gum any more.

Another method that follows these same principles is quit smoking patches. There is more. These patches are stuck onto your body, & gradually release nicotine into your body.

Both of these methods require will power to stick with ? because you could easily just have a cigarette to reduce your cravings.

Also, both of these methods involve you taking nicotine still. This can be counter-productive in some ways, because you are still taking in the nicotine as if you were smoking.

However, there’re now some ‘natural’ patches available, which use natural herbs rather than nicotine, even though they still have the same effect as a nicotine patch. These natural patches usually contain Lobelia.

If you had like to attempt something completely different to help you quit smoking, & then you could attempt hypnosis. For some people, it does not work at all ? but for many others it has helped them to quit completely in relatively short time-frames.

Whichever method you use, you still need the willpower to stick to your method rather than turning back to the cigarettes. It can feel quite stressful while you’re quitting smoking, so you really need to constantly remind yourself why you are quitting to keep yourself motivated.

Best Way To Quit Smoking - Here’s How You Should Stop Smoking

April 1st, 2008 roy Posted in Quit Smoking No Comments »

There are many ways in which people attempt to quit smoking. Some have a higher success rate than others, some have better publicity. But what’s the very best way to stop smoking?

In two words: Cold Turkey!

I know that you were searching for a way, a method, a product, & I will get to that later on. But before you select a program you have to recognize that you have an addiction & there is only one way to overcome an addiction: Cold Turkey. If you are trying to quit by gradually cutting back on the number of cigarettes you smoke each day planning to one day come all the way down to zero smokes, than you are wasting your time. You can not feed your addiction, even in small doses. Of course, smoking less cigarettes is an improvement, but it will not get you to quit. The longer you will wait the harder it’ll become.

In terms of products or methods what’s the very best way to quit smoking? The answer is that there is not one single way that is best for everyone. It all depends on the kind of person you are. And so… Some people do better with mentally oriented products such as self-help guides which can teach you how to change your mind set so that you will not desire to smoke, or stop smoking hypnosis programs. Others do better on physical oriented products such as stop smoking pills, patches, tablets, & gums. Many people use a combination of mental & physical products in order to cover all the bases.

What kind of person are you? If you have the patience to read a self-help guide or listen to self hypnosis audios, than go for a mental product. If you don’t, attempt a physical one. In each category there’re great products & not-so-great products. There is more. There is not one best product for everyone. You have to find the one that is personally best for you.

NicoCure Review - Important Question And Answers

March 29th, 2008 roy Posted in Quit Smoking No Comments »

NicoCure is a nicotine free stop smoking pill. NicoCure is made of herbal ingredients which simulate the effects of nicotine on the human body & mind. In this way NicoCure decreases your craving for nicotine & makes it easier for you to avoid smoking more cigarettes. Formerly, NicoCure came in the form of a nicotine free patch. The transition into pills is a recent improvement the manufacturers of NicoCure initiated.

Any product as popular as NicoCure raises a number of question as to its nature & expected results. Here are some important questions & answers regarding NicoCure:

Q: Is the NicoCure pill more effective than the NicoCure Patch?

A: The NicoCure pill serves the same function as the patch did: Reducing the craving for nicotine, but does so in an improved way.

Q: What is the success rate of NicoCure?

A: The NicoCure website places the success rate at 97%. I find that hard to believe. I will place the success rate at a lower number, though it is clear that NicoCure does work for a lot of people.

Q: How soon can I expect results with NicoCure?

A: The rate in which NicoCure takes effect is different for each person & is directly related to the amount of cigarettes you used to smoke. The more you smoked the longer it would take for your nicotine craving to dissolve.

Q: Does NicoCure cause fatigue or dehydration?

A: There’re no reported cases of fatigue or dehydration that I know of.

Q: Can I use NicoCure during pregnancy?

A: During your pregnancy you should not take any supplement or drug unless it’s absolutely necessary.

I hope I answered some of your questions regarding NicoCure. I wish you luck in your process to quit smoking.
