<p>Answer by witchywomanit depends on which phase you are following. In phase one you cannot eat cereal and the yogurt has to be plain. My husband is following the diet and I make him and egg white omlet with 2 pieces of turkey bacon everyday. He also has a glass of skim milk with that. He has lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks.</p>
