The corners of my mouth are all cracked and sore, i read that a cold sore will blister and eczema won’t? Im not sue though.

cold sore hurts, eczema itches.
For me anyways
It sounds like you have neither, but just chapped lips. A cold sore will, in fact, blister, and ooze, as well where eczema seldom manifests on the lips. Chances are, some Chapstick or similar product will solve your problem.
You actually have angular cheilitis, which is an inflammatory, eczematous condition involving the corners of the mouth. Frequently, this condition will become secondarily infected with yeast germs, as you (unconsciously) lick your lips, and bathe the area with yeast germs that are present in the mouth. If there is no infection, then an antiinflammatory agent, such as cortisone or Elidel, will help; however, if there is a yeast infection, too, then a cream directed against that will have to be used in addition.
It may actually be Perleche, which is cracking at the corners of the mouth. Lotrimin should heal it.
