The Startling Facts Revealed About Why You Don’t Need To Suffer With Depression

Depression is an very common mental disorder which affects both sexes & all ages & the percentage of people who suffer depression is on the increase. At its worst, depression can lead to suicide, a heartbreaking fatal outcome associated with the loss of hundreds of thousands of lives each year.

Many people ask the question, ‘Why do people become depressed?’ There’re all kinds of statistics you can dissect & analyse. Personally, I believe ‘WHY NOT.’

If you live anything even close to a typical life, things are probably pretty chaotic on a daily basis. Amid working, taking care of the children’s needs & your social life, it’s so easy for pressure levels to rise, & this is okay for a small period of time. Junk food is consumed far too often, creating poor nutrition & the media bombards people’s minds with tragedies, bad  news & gossip. So many people live lives of quiet desperation because they live in a rut, do not believe in themselves & therefore have no hope for the future… It never ceases to amaze me when people are surprised :o that so very many people suffer from depression. Stress is a natural response to things that are happening in your environment. It’s your body’s way of telling you that there is something in your life that needs to be dealt with. From time to time, stress can get the better of you & then it’s imperative to deal with it before it starts to affect your health. Many people can be simply uninspired & just need some encouragement & focus whilst others have an imbalance of hormones or clinical depression & will need treatment.

When some one is suffering from depression they often feel like giving up because they feel powerless, desperate, of no value & shattered.

If you or some one you care about is feeling uninspired & down the following suggestions could help:-

  • Play some happy :) music.
  • Work the down feeling off by doing some chores while listening to music.
  • Confide in a trusted friend or family member.
  • Write down all the things you’re grateful for in your life.
  • Count your blessings in the shower every morning. Having an attitude of gratitude is absolutely amazing & beneficial.
  • Eat a healthy & wholesome diet to give your body all the healthy nutrition it needs.

If you or some one is more than feeling down & possibly clinically depressed it’s very important to get professional help. As the bible says, Seek & you shall find. From a doctor you’ll probably be given chemical drugs which do not always help & chemical drugs can sometimes do more harm than good. Seek other ways. I would highly recommend seeking out a good C.R.A. (Contact Reflex Analysis) practitioner who will get to the root of the problem.

With time & help, you’ll feel better.
