If you think you have a sinus infection, go back to your doctor and find out. People who have allergies do get them. Sometimes, a nasal wash can help avoid the sinus problems, but once you get an infection, you do need the antibiotics.

    Hiya,
A sinus infection cartainly can make you feel fatigued. I get that when I have sinus problems. The infection can last for a few days to a few weeks. Sometimes the antibiotics work but other times it needs allergy meds. Depends if the doc says it’s bacterial or viral.
