The Reason Why Some People Look So Refreshed Early In The Morning

How do we get a quality sleep? Try to get into a sleep conducive environment. It’s vital to make certain that the room we sleep in is clean, with good ventilation, as it’s important that we get ample rest in a good environment. The best sleeping conditions is having fresh air with & making ourselves comfortable. Having soft pillows & right amount of blankets is important as well.

Secondly, we should avoid caffeine & alcohol. These will keep our mind stimulated & stop us from getting to sleep. Even though most people think that drinking alcohol will make us sleep better, it’s absolutely wrong. Alcohol causes us to wake up during the night, & as our body absorbs the alcohol, it will go into withdrawal, & we will have nightmares. It is already hard getting quality sleep on normal days, let alone having nightmares.

Exercising regularly enable us to sleep well at night. We should exercise in the morning everyday before so that we will feel tired when it is bedtime. And so… So far so good. We can attempt working out for around 15 minutes to stimulate the body, & also to get more oxygen which will make us relax more. Do not exercise before bedtime though, as we need at least a couple of hours to wind down.

Having a bedtime schedule is good for the body. We should attempt to sleep & wake up at the same time everyday. How many hours does our body need in order to feel rested? It varies with different people. Find out how much our body need & schedule our sleep according to the number of hours the body needs. Once we get use to the routine, our body will naturally feel tired at the designated time. Quality sleep can thus be achieved.

Have some warm milk or herbal tea before sleeping. Or even better, we can relax ourselves by massaging, having a warm bath, or even doing meditation. A nice massage after long hours of work will relieve the stress & tension in us, & it helps clear our mind so that we can think of sleep & nothing else. Music helps soothe the mind too & it can even help drown out noises, These are some of the effective ways of getting to sleep, & most importantly, getting quality sleep. Sleep is the most vital factor to having a healthy lifestyle, & we should treat our body better by giving it ample rest!
