Water – Weight Loss Miracle?

The water is stored between the cells & shows up as extra weight. Your feet, legs & hands may even swell up. When your body gets enough water, the stored water is released.

The more water you drink, the less you will eat. Water is nature’s own appetite suppressant. A glass of water before eating will often help you feel full & eat less. You will also get rid of extra salt by drinking water.

Drink at least 8 eight-ounce glasses of water every day. If you are overweight, drink an additional glass for every 25 pounds of excess weight. Cold water is best since it’s easily absorbed & burns more calories. Avoid cola drinks or anything with caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic that will get rid of water.
