What has been your experience with this weight loss system where the Zone diet is delivered fresh to your front door? I know it’s expensive, but does it work, and is the food better than nutrasystem (which for me, tasted pretty bad with the exception of a couple of items)?

My roommate was on the Zone diet and it worked well for her. The main thing is that you can ONLY eat what they give you. So no snacking on your own. You also still have to make sure you get your exercise in. The food tasted good. I wish I can afford it but it’s so darn expensive!
